10月18日 悠悠健行 Lapstone to Penrith, 單向8.7公里,有碎石寬道下坡, 宜帶手杖,曝曬,  難度:25, 交通:  Chatswood 8:46 P1 → Central 9:13 P18 → Redfern 9:15 P4 → Parramatta 9:39換車 9:43 P2 → Lapstone 10:15 P2, 下車集合點: Lapstone 10:15 P2,  疫情尚未過去 防護仍需嚴實 YoYo Bushwalking on 21st Oct will linger  Lapstone to Penrith,  8.7 Km. Rating: 30 , Typical bush walking, slopes with stairs are included. Trekking pole is preferred.
