十三日藍山晴天14度, 悠悠健行走Blackheath, 從Govetts Leap Lookout to走到 Evans Lootout, 前段平坦3公里水泥道, 後段3.4公里山區步道, 路不難走,但有長段上/下坡,宜帶手杖, 回程後段改搭公車到Katoomba換火車, 回到Central約17:51, 全程來回步程10.3公里, 可自行決定步程遠近, 集合: 8:18 Central Station P5, 或 8:31 Strathfield Station P3, 其他上車點: Parramatta 8:43 P2; Chatswood 7:43 P2; Milsons Point 7:57 P1,

7 月16日 悠悠健行 走Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock , 岩石海岸, 不走砂灘 , 往返8.4公里, 難度:28,   帶手 杖, 從Cronulla到Bundeena搭船,船費另計,不在Opal之內,請帶老人卡 ,  交通: Epping 9:00 P5 →  Chatswood: 9:13 P2 → Martin Place換9:28 P1 →  Central 9:34 P25   → Redfern 9:36 P12   →   Hurstville 9:52 P2   → Cronulla 10:23   →  Cronulla  碼頭  10:30   → Bundeena碼頭  10 :59;; 集合:  Cronulla 10:23 ,   健行量力而行,安全自行負責 。 人多之處請戴口罩 。 YoYo Hiking will walk from Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock on the 16th of July.
