七月四日悠悠健行從Malabar Beach 起步, 走到 La Perouse, 步程7.5公里, 單向, 無中途退場選擇, 沿海岸線串走多個Golf Courses, 大致平坦, 尾段是林中步道,間有砂灘,宜帶手杖, 當天氣溫19度, 集合: 9:30 Circular Quay #2碼頭 (或:9:40 Circular Quay, Alfred St, Stand B),其他上車點: Chatswood 9:04 P1; Milsons Point 9:19, P1,
