十一月十三日悠悠健行將由國明/仕權兄陪伴大夥兒走Narrabeen Lake Circuit, 繞行8.2公里, 少部分曝曬,  難度:15, 交通: Chatswood: 8:58 P1→ Wynyard  9:16 先上廁所,從George St方向出, tap off之後立即左轉上兩段電扶梯,出口即是Carrington St, Stand B 搭9:30 Bus #B1 → Narrabeen B-Line, Pittwater Rd,  10:24下車起步

YoYo Bushwalking on 13th Nov will take circuit walk of Narrabeen Lake, 8.2 Km. Mostly shade, Grade: 15, Traffic recommended: Chatswood: 8:58 P1→ Wynyard  9:16, Goto toilet if necessary, then exit to George St, after tap off Opal card, Take 2 segments of elevator up immediately on left,  Bus Stand B is just at the outlet on Carrington St  → Take Bus #B1, 9:30 to Narrabeen B-Line, Pittwater Rd 10:24, Start to walk.

7 月16日 悠悠健行 走Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock , 岩石海岸, 不走砂灘 , 往返8.4公里, 難度:28,   帶手 杖, 從Cronulla到Bundeena搭船,船費另計,不在Opal之內,請帶老人卡 ,  交通: Epping 9:00 P5 →  Chatswood: 9:13 P2 → Martin Place換9:28 P1 →  Central 9:34 P25   → Redfern 9:36 P12   →   Hurstville 9:52 P2   → Cronulla 10:23   →  Cronulla  碼頭  10:30   → Bundeena碼頭  10 :59;; 集合:  Cronulla 10:23 ,   健行量力而行,安全自行負責 。 人多之處請戴口罩 。 YoYo Hiking will walk from Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock on the 16th of July. Grade: 25, Trekking Pole is preferred.  Traffic:  Chatswood 8:41 P2 → Central change to 9:00 P25 → Redfern 9:02 P12 → Cronulla 9:51,   Place to meet:  Cronulla Station 9:51 ,  Bus services included.  Be sure your physical strength allows you to walk the route.
