四月十九日悠悠健行走Liverpool to Glenfield via Casula Station, 單向10公里,曝曬,  難度:10, 可依體能狀況分二段走, 交通: Chatswood 9:14 P1 → Central 9:41 P18 → Redfern 9:43 P4 → Parramatta 換 10:19 P3 → Liverpool 10:42, 下車集合點:  Liverpool 10:42, 

YoYo Bushwalking on 19th Apr will walk from Liverpool to Glenfield via Casula Station, 10 Km one way. Exposed, Grade: 10, The walk could be cut into two segments, 3.5 km+4 km. You may walk just 3.5 km. Traffic recommended: Chatswood 9:14 P1 → Central 9:41 P18 → Redfern 9:43 P4 → Parramatta change to 10:19 P3 → Liverpool 10:42, Place to meet: Liverpool 10:42,

7 月16日 悠悠健行 走Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock , 岩石海岸, 不走砂灘 , 往返8.4公里, 難度:28,   帶手 杖, 從Cronulla到Bundeena搭船,船費另計,不在Opal之內,請帶老人卡 ,  交通: Epping 9:00 P5 →  Chatswood: 9:13 P2 → Martin Place換9:28 P1 →  Central 9:34 P25   → Redfern 9:36 P12   →   Hurstville 9:52 P2   → Cronulla 10:23   →  Cronulla  碼頭  10:30   → Bundeena碼頭  10 :59;; 集合:  Cronulla 10:23 ,   健行量力而行,安全自行負責 。 人多之處請戴口罩 。 YoYo Hiking will walk from Bundeena to Wedding Cake Rock on the 16th of July. Grade: 25, Trekking Pole is preferred.  Traffic:  Chatswood 8:41 P2 → Central change to 9:00 P25 → Redfern 9:02 P12 → Cronulla 9:51,   Place to meet:  Cronulla Station 9:51 ,  Bus services included.  Be sure your physical strength allows you to walk the route.
